I am a woman, wife, and mother who just happens to think birds, bird houses, bird feeders, and bird baths are all pretty cool!! What you will find here is stuff about birdhouses and because birdhouses can’t be called birdhouses without birds I will also write about birds. And because birds need to eat and bathe occasionally I may mention personal accounts of watching them in action at the feeder and bath.
I spend most of my day training, loving and playing with my kids, but occasionally I can walk out my front door and enjoy birdwatching. As my kids get older I know they will appreciate anything involving birds. My son yells “dogdog” at anything that moves so our birding moments together as a family are few and far between. I will try to put together informative articles that you can go over in a homeschool lesson or in craft time. I am all about stuff for kiddos!!
I also love knowing what works and what doesn’t work when it comes to birding, so occasionally you will find something I recommend. I pass it on in love!! Books, binoculars, birdfeeders, birdhouses and my personal favorite nest-box cams, if it makes it easier for me to enjoy our feathered friends I want you to know about it!!!
